I have for many years being interested in, qualified for and professionally involved in the Mental Health field, initially as a Counsellor and subsequently as a Mental Health Nurse Therapist. I bring to my practice a wide experience of working with adults from a variety of cultural and social settings as well as with adolescents and women's services. My practice is based on brief-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), advanced hypno-psychotherapy, and eye movement desensitisation and re-processing (EMDR).
